GroHow Good Will It Be?                     How Long Will It Last?

Growing up in the Texas Panhandle was a special place to me. People were always friendly to each other and seemed to go out of their way to help one another. I’ve lived in many places across the US and traveled near and fare and I still think the friendliest people are born and raised in the Texas Panhandle. People in the Panhandle know the meaning of pride, responsibility and being a good neighbor.

How good something is made and how long it will last seems to be fading in society today. If we’re taking about a scoop of Wild About Harry’s Custard then it last about as long as it takes to walk to the table. Not very long – but man it’s good. If we’re talking about a Col. Littleton Leather Portfolio – it’ll last for generations because it’s made with pride and craftsmanship. I’ve always been partial to things that are made to last and things with staying power.

When I went into business, I wanted to make portraits that would last and become more meaningful as time goes by… Portraits that would be handed down to your children and grandchildren and cherished as a family heirloom. That’s what I want for my family and that’s what you should want for yours.

So, how good will it be?  It will be as pretty as the golden sun falling through an old oak in the fall. It will be as fun as children and new puppies in the summer. It will be better than you could have imagined and everything you could ever want.

But, I expect if we’re talking about a good friendship or an Imagine Portrait, you can pretty well expect them to last for a long, long time.
