 Mr. Fuqua is a well-publicized wedding and advertising photographer, and he brings to any project a vast portfolio of photographic experiences. He has been the owner of a successful advertising photography studio since 1990 and has gained a reputation as a creative portrait and wedding photographer, digital specialist and imaging consultant. His successful reputation is attributed to his unique ability to capture the true feelings of his subject and create timeless portraits. Winn has been featured in Texas Wedding Guide, Wedding Bells Magazine and his award-winning advertising photography has been featured in publications such as Redbook, USA Today, and Ebony Magazine. Winn’s style is described by his wedding clients as emotional and intimate, and he captures the perfect moment. Some of Mr. Fuqua’s location weddings include Negril, Jamaica, Santa Fe, N.M., San Diego, Ca, Nashville, Tn. and Destin, Florida. Mr. Fuqua has studied at Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, Texas as well as the Colorado Institute of Art. After receiving his Photography degree from CIA, Winn moved to Los Angeles, where he worked for several national photographers as an assistant honing his technical and studio skills. Subsequent to that Mr. Fuqua moved to Dallas, TX. In 1990 he established his own studio and since then, has been successfully producing a wide variety of photographic work. Winn has been a featured speaker for Apple in Dallas, a certified Apple QTVR developer since 1996 and a photography instructor at Southern Methodist University from 1997 through 2000. He is also active in Dallas Professional Photographers Assoc., Association of Wedding Professionals, on the board of Temple Emanu-El Brotherhood and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and NILMDTS. |
